My First Zwift Ride: A Review

So my focus this spring is to get stronger on the bike, in the hopes of training for an Ironman. Overcoming Fear During Injury

For me, it was a fear of the elliptical. Yes, it sounds terribly silly. Why would I be afraid of a bunch of plastic that plays TV shows, and makes me feel like I’m walking in space? From Injury to Ironman: The Road Ahead

Every journey has a beginning. I believe every challenging journey provides and opportunity for growth.
